"I am very disappointed about the follow up from Mullen. I told him I needed a letter for my insurance company before I hired him. He assured me he understood what was needed, he provided such letters in the past. The work was completed satisfactorily early this year but he never provided what I hired him to provide. After numerous calls and texts he left me no choice to leave this bad review. I will never ever use Mullen again and never suggest him to anyone else.?"

"I thought my refrigerator died so I was very upset. I went off a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Scott was very professional and courteous and had my refrigerator back up and running quickly. He really seemed to care which is something that is missing in service nowadays. "Totally unprofessional. Warranty call out for a brand new dishwasher. Zero effort on the part of the technician. Did not pull the unit out. Just took a picture under the unit and claimed "infestation" and got in his van and drove away. A few mouse droppings, give me a break. I am a contractor, I have a portable vacuum if needed. No consideration for the customer. By the way, if you call the company you will never get a live person, straight to voicemail. I wonder why?"
