TLDR: this is a low integrity team. It seems that our basic questions triggered a fear for them of losing payment. Thus, they decided to abandon ship instead of showcasing integrity for respecting their commitment. Afterwards, I called their office, sharing the story with a manager named Jenn. She said they?d call right back. It?s now more than 24 hours. No call back. "

"Jack Fritz completed two bathroom tile regrouting projects to remove mold/mildew issues. Very reasonably priced, punctual, efficient with time, receptive to questions, left both baths looking brand new. Would recommend to friends and would also use again for future projects."

"Marlon and Leo did a flawless job on the tile work for my bathroom renovation. Marlon initially told me the job would take 5 days but he managed to finish the job in 3 and a half days ahead of schedule. The price was also very reasonable. Cleaned everything up, brought all of the debris outside and finished ahead of schedule. Marlon did all of the most/all of the tile work and Leo did the plumbing and installed the frameless glass shower door. Both of these guys were extremely hard working from start to finish. Five stars is not a high enough recommendation for this company. I want to give them 10 stars! I will not hesitate to use them again for any future tile work needed. Thanks guys!!"

He thoroughly examined the marble, and explained several options to restore it. His price was reasonable and he was able to make the area sparkle, also explaining exactly how to maintain it between annual maintenance visits. I’m very pleased with the quality and reliability of the work."
