Jason, the owner, truly believes in customer satisfaction and adjusted his schedule to come out and review the situation with the technician. Because the original wire was buried under concrete, a new wire had to be run. They did this and completed the job, holding to the original estimate. I truly appreciated their effort and commitment to customer service and getting the problem fixed."
