", Called Reed Appliance on Monday morning after Whirlpool refrigerator died over the weekend.  Repairman came to the house within 3 hours of placing call.  Diagnosed problem of thermostat, called in part to local part center and it would be delivered between 8 and 9:00 the next morning and he could come back to install it then.  I had a scheduling conflict and called him when I was available the next day around 2:00 in the afternoon and he was at the house within 1/2 hour to install the part.  Took about 15 to 20 minutes to put it all back together, check it out and he was off.  Very efficient.  Would definitely use again. <br />"
