Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "ArcNet repair services review for services performed on 19 May 2020 Wendell was very responsive and answered my call first thing in the morning. He really didn’t have time to do the job the same day but because our freezer food was thawing out, he prioritized and came to repair the fridge at 7:30 at night after he had met all his other commitments for the day. This dedication and customer service was greatly appreciated. The issue and task were clear and agreed upon. Wendell and Howard were professional and did a good job and the issue appears to be resolved. Our only real issue was the charge of $150 for 12.5 oz of R132 and $200 for the 45 minutes or so of labor (no parts were changed and no diagnostics were performed). There was no discussion of cost up front (candidly i felt pressured to get someone out right away and I should have asked for trip charge and expected project charge). Overall, I was pleased with the job and really appreciated him coming out the same day especially so late in the evening and with the work. However, I am not happy with what I felt was too high of a charge."

"Used this company first time last summer when our 2 year old Samsung <br /> dryer stopped working.  Technician Mo came out during the scheduled time <br /> window, with a call ahead, announcing that he is 10 min.  away.  He <br /> diagnosed the problem quickly (motor kaputt:  human error as I forgot to <br /> place the filter back in its place after removing the lint.)   As it is <br /> a good product and so "young" we decided to invest in a new motor.  It <br /> needed to be ordered and Mo came back installing it when it arrived.   <br /> No problem since. <br /> This time around, our 3 year old Electrolux range / <br /> oven needed help as the self cleaning feature did not work.  Mo came <br /> back out, again with a phone call ahead within the scheduled time <br /> window.  He again diagnosed the problem quickly. (The sensor went bad.) <br />  We are following Mo's recommendation to not use the self cleaning <br /> feature as there are grand possibilities to ruin the motherboard when <br /> using this self cleaning feature (the risk is especially high with high <br /> end , sophisticated ranges.)  I bought some baking soda, made a paste <br /> and started cleaning the dirty spot.  I could remove some of it, but <br /> then I needed to get a spray bottle of fume free oven cleaner and <br /> finished the job.  We did not bother getting the sensor replaced as we <br /> decided to skip the self cleaning feature altogether.  Mo has been on <br /> all occasions very professional, courteous and efficient.   <br /> Will call them for any appliance repair need in the future.  Highly recommend. <br /> TIP:  Take a look at their website, I have seen a coupn that applies against the repair of an appliance! <br />"
