Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. He knew right away what was wrong with the fridge (even though it is a very old fridge, probably >15y old) and came back 3 days in a row when the parts were coming in to perform the work. He was also very reliable and called as soon as the parts came in and to let us know when he would be coming back. He was also very good at showing and explaining what the problems were and what he was going to do and why. His price was extremely reasonable and in the end we saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new refrigerator! His price for a diagnostic is also much more reasonable than Sears appliance service repair, for example (1/2 of the price). Would highly recommend for anyone seeking to have an appliance repaired rather than replaced!!"
