We opted for Asphalt Shingles on the front and torch-down bitumen for the other sections of the roof. We obtained five bids, and Reign Roofing’s bid was in the middle range. However, we chose them primarily due to the excellent communication with Adam, the owner. His bid was detailed, and he was always willing to answer our questions and make adjustments to meet our needs. The project started and finished on schedule. These teams worked in a well-coordinated manner, with each crew seamlessly handling their part of the job. The site foreman closely monitored every phase, ensuring everything ran smoothly."
