He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. His service was excellent and his price was fair. We would hire him again in a heart beat. If you need someone to come out and do work on your well this is the company to call."

"Steve Brown has been our regular plumber for a long time and he does great work. The latest thing he did was replace our sump pump hose so that the sump pump drains out to its own permanent pipe. Our basement was flooding because we were having a lot of rain and Steve was able to come over a couple days later and fix the house. <br /> Steve Brown also replaced our heating system to a HE system, new baseboard heating in our whole house, etc. When we bought our house we didn't realize the heating system was on its way out. After wasting a bunch of money on other plumbers who could not wrangle our heating system we found Steve Brown and he fixed it. And then a few years later we decided to upgrade to a HE system, which works so much better.  <br /> Always professional, personable, and nice. He does a great job and we feel really lucky to have a plumber we can trust. <br />"

Sometimes a large team was at work, but most of the time it was two amenable young guys. They were polite, respectful, and easy to deal with. "We hired him strictly on Angie's List reviews and no BBB complaints. Prompt reply, estimate and start of work. Finished on time. Owner Eddie Badger, and one sidekick - Mike responded on both days. Eddie was abrupt and Mike was nice. Eddie also overcharged due to charging full estimate price upon completion when we already agreed to not replace one toilet - so via email he immediately agreed to reimburse me the $325.00. Problem was I needed to email him 4 or five times and call him before getting the check about a month later. For this reason and that his public relations was lacking - especially with my wife - I wouldn't want to hire him again."
