Bob has always kept our appointments, except once when another customer had an emergency. He said he was willing to come over later after hours if I needed him that day. We set up another day for my job, as rescheduling was not a problem for me. I really appreciated that he didn't leave me hanging by not showing up or not calling, like a lot of service providers do. Bob cares about his customers and I’m happy to recommend him and his company."

"They did not show up on the day of the appointment. They also did not call to reschedule or let me know that they were not going to show up to do the work. Then i come home a few days later and see they left a door knocker on my door saying they did the work. I would rather have been there when they were doing the work so that I could have known for sure that they completed it. lack of communication was not appreciated in this situation."
