They discussed thoroughly what needed to be done and stayed in contact until the job was completed.  They were able to save most of the original shingles, needing to replace only a few, and assured us the boards surrounding the rotted board were not damaged.  We now have a ridge vent that should have been installed by the original roofer (now out of business), and we can sleep at night knowing a trusted company fixed our problems!  They've recommended another company they trust to clean the rest of the roof to keep any mold at bay. <br /> If you need a new roof or any roof repairs, I highly recommend you get in touch with these guys.  They are not the cheapest, but they are the best and if we'd had them install our roof to start, we would have saved ourselves $3260. <br />"
