"Fantastic! Purchased the $79 Deal to cover the shower head and toilet repair. When Thomas called to schedule the appointment he asked more about the toilet (installed 1991) and politely suggested a replacement would be better. He also had a special deal to get a well rated new toilet from the local Big Hardware store that was normally $150 but was on sale for only $99. Great! <br /> On the day of the service Thomas and his assistant were right on time. They are both extremely professional and friendly and the work was done very well. He showed me all the facets of the completed work and tested the hardware in my presence. Thomas is a very engaging person and we had a pleasant conversation while he processed the paperwork. As I was also having a small issue with my dishwasher, I asked just for his opinion. He said he really shied away from d-washer repairs barbecue of past problems with other customers , but he was happy to inspect the unit finding the upper spray arm was loose and the O ring was missing. Without hesitation he went to his truck and got some rings, putting one on and giving me two spares.
