"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. John, the owner, sent two plumbers, Adrian and Aaron, who had worked for more than 4 hours until 12:00am (!) and didn't leave before patiently making sure everything was working and in order. The finished the repair and cleaned everything showing the professionalism and patience. I'd definitely hire them again!"

"I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

Dominique was knowledgeable on the phone, and his service team were amazing. The replacement pump surpassed my expectations. They performed all of the prep work and left the area better than it was. I couldn’t tell they were here, except for a wonderfully functioning pump. We had a hard rain two days later, and the pump automatically turned on and evacuated the water seamlessly. "It went very well. Mark Jr. was on site and consulted with Mark Sr. back at their office. They communicated well with each other and Mark Jr did the same with his on site assistant. They discussed a few approaches because it was more compicated than anticipated. They worked efficiently and delivered more than I expected. They had to cut the drywell, install a new fitting with a longer tee to the supply line. All the parts were on the truck. They left the site in a clean and ready to use. The cost came in as estimated."
