"I received a call at 7:30 am to let me know the technician would arrive in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later he had arrived. It took only one technician to remove my old 40 gallon tank from the basement and replace it with a 50 gallon tank. I asked him to try to move it as far to the right as possible since I have to get around it to do laundry and it was already a tight squeeze with the smaller tank. He completed the work quickly and cleanly and managed to give me as much and maybe a little more space to get around it. He was patient and asked if I had any questions.
