It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. "In the midst of all the chaos the past couple days with all the rain they made it out to our house within a couple hours of contact.. worked until after midnight (8hrs) trying to get our basement drained and our sump pump working properly. Still only charged us what he quoted me for although I'm sure the job was more than he thought, the most expense was the new pump and installation but still. They left some equipment with us incase it got worse over night and checked back in the morning. Picked up another job next door during working on ours and got us both settled up from our flooding. Seems like a great couple guys, definitely hard working."

"I called stay dry because my basement was flooding every time it would rain, They installed there interior drainage system and it took them a couple days and it is a loud and intensive project I would say it is worth it. There is going to be some dust after they leave but they do try to be as clean as possible. My basement is now dry and I also have a lifetime warranty that I can give to the next owners to give them piece of mind also.
