Once the new garage door opener was installed, he carefully inspected the entire system. He oiled the opening mechanism made some suggestions for maintenance. "Called (10:10 am) Atlanta Entry Systems when my garage door failed to open. I noticed it had a broken spring. Phone rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm). It is smooth and quiet. Now I'm VERY happy. Much thanks to the polite, efficient, and very skilled team at Atlanta Entry Systems !
