No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. I accepted the offer and Allen showed up at 8:00am. I have a two-car garage and one side the door opener was old and dead and other side I needed the replacement of springs and cables with pulleys for the safety. Mr. Casey did a survey of what I said needed repairing and replacing (we have three garage doors with openers), and actually talked me out of replacing one of the openers because it was newer and working fine. Overall, he adjusted two garage doors, replaced a roller I didn't even notice was missing, and installed two new garage door openers, as well as greased and tuned up all the doors and remaining opener as part of the service.
