My discontent was/is with my Homeowners Association who required that a new garage door be specially manufactured and that it would take at least 2 weeks. The work was initiated and completed yesterday, 2/17/17. The technicians were polite, professional, friendly, completed the work in a time and very successful fashion and I would highly recommend Eagle Locksmith to others as well as utilize them again if and when necessary. "We were not able to open the door at all hence both of our cars were locked in -- on a Sunday. We called and they said the repair person would arrive in an hour and they were right on time. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) Here is what they did: HD Extended Cycle Torsion Spring *Replaced 2 Torsion springs 218x25 *Balanced & lubricated door, track & rollers *Performed a visual safety inspection of operation *Installation and labor included All parts are guaranteed for 3 years (unless otherwise stated) and labor for 1 year. We were very satisfied with the work. There was a $100 emergency fee but we expected that and really could not let the work wait until Monday."

"After learning that the company wanted $300 for a pair of door sensors for my 1/2hp Craftsman Garage Door opener, I told Dave the technician that I thought $300 for a pair of door sensors was way overpriced and that I could get the parts from Sears for about $30 a piece.  For $300, I could get a brand new garage opener!  I will not be using this company for any future repairs and will be letting my friends and neighbors of their overpricing.

Having used this company in the past to install garage door opener & repair my springs, I was pleased to have them to reach back out to - this time for a replacement keypad opener. It was super super simple to schedule; the technician showed up on time and completed the job and short order and a good price. he then recommended that I replace the seal along the bottom and put some weatherstripping on the perimeter of the door; so they came back shortly after to do that work. Overall very pleased with the service of the scheduling team and both technicians. Highly recommended and will be back the next time I need this type of work done!"
