"Two days later as Tim promised the hardwood floor installers were here on Saturday. It was a husband and wife team. They moved all the furniture and explained the installation process before they started. They did a terrific job. The following day the carpet was installed. The carpet installers were not as friendly and hard to understand. They were however very cautious of our home. They to also moved all furniture and put it back. All in all great experience. We have referred them to friends and family. To our surprise Tim sent us a $50 gift card for the reference. I will definitely use them again. Great job. <br />"

"Buying carpet from Bob's is a very pleasant experience. They find out what your needs are and then show carpet that meets your requirements. Tammy was able to show us the color and style we wanted with the wear and stain protection needed. We have grand kids and a dog. She came to measure on time and installation was completed sooner than promised. The installation was scheduled so I could paint rooms before carpet was installed. Installers were the best I have ever had in my home. Carpet is exactly as described."
