"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. ".He asked if there were any other items I needed done while he was there.  I had him add a plug receptacle outside in my back yard  and he replaced a good portion of the electrical power box in my house becauese it was no longer up to code.  I checked into it to make sure he wasn't selling me a bill of goods.  It did need to be updated.  
It was a lot more than I was planning to spend but I feel like it was the right decision.
