"Mark and Adam did an AMAZING job! If I could give them a score from 1-10, it would be a 20! They found many issues where things were done wrong in the 80 years since the house was built and they fixed every one from the floor joists being un-level, to electric wiring run outside the wall to the sink drain being piped wrong. They were both so professional and precise with all there work. They did a new floor, new cabinets, backsplash tiles, new plumbing, new outlets, new back door and screen door. And they were so reasonably priced! Everything is awesome and I will definitely be hiring them again. I wish I could post before and after pictures!"

He was easy to communicate with- he showed up promptly at the appointed time to give me a quote and gave me that quote within 24 hours. He had me on his schedule to perform the work just a few days later and also showed up promptly to do the job- re-grading a corner of my backyard so my foundation wouldn't constantly have water contact and smoothed out a garden bed I was removing in the process.. "Overall, the project went very well. Mark is a well mannered gentlemen, and I found him very easy to work with. He responded to my inquiry within two days, and stopped out to the house to review the project shortly thereafter (I believe the following day). He was willing to work the project however I wanted, but also offered logical alternatives and suggestions as to what techniques would produce a more durable end product, what options would be most economical, and what might present the best appearance. My original plan was to have the original steps repaired/re-faced. But once we determined that there was no existing foundation under the steps, Mark explained that repairing the steps would only be a temporary fix. Once we decided to replace the steps, Mark worked with my wife and I to change from a squared-off set of steps to a curving radius set. This simple change now provides a more elegant look to the front approach to the house, and the cost difference was quite minor.
From the start of the project, it was clear that Mark is a busy man. Once we came to agreement on the quote, Mark was very open and up-front with his 4-week backlog of work, but was ready to start as promised 4 weeks later. In addition, I had to ask Mark and his crew to pull off the job for a few days in order to address some water piping needs under the porch while exposed. Mark was very flexible and understanding, and returned the following week to finish up."

"This review is particularly for Darius who was punctual, professional and good at his work. We are getting ready to rent our place out so we had a list of random items that needed completing that we didn't have the time, expertise or desire to do prior to moving out. We purchased the Handyman for the Day and I gave him my list of things to do and he got right to it and did an excellent job. Several jobs that would have taken me and my husband at least half a day he did in only a few hours and he even fixed and exterior trim issue that I figured we'd need to pay a siding company to do. We will be using Myriad for all of our handyman needs in the future if Darius' work quality is anything like the rest of their workers."
