They contacted me immediately to schedule their carpenter to fix the issue, however I'm completing myself due to needing to rennovate that spare room, but they were ready to fix immediately. Price was on par with other estimates I received, but the reason we decided to hire Middle Creek Roofing was because they explained the materials that were going to be utilized and because of their 50yr warranty."

"We are finishing our basement. We put up framing, insulation and paneling only to discover we had a condensation problem. We contacted a locally well known water damage and restoration company. After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution. "PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. One example was his ingenious design for removable skirting panels, which provides us with access to the area beneath the deck. When installed, the removable panels appear seamlessly incorporated into the skirting. Craftsmanship is hard to find and that is certainly what we received from Jonathan."

"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."
