"There's a part where the fence wasn't nailed in correctly. Tried to contact for someone to come fix the work, never got a response."

"They were scheduled to be out in early November - didn't show and no call. A few weeks later someone called and asked if the work was performed, I said no. I was told someone would be out on Friday of that week and we would be a priority. Again - no one showed and no call. The weather turned bad - snow and ice so I figured they're done for the year. The weather breaks, I get a call Thursday that they will be out Saturday. AT 1:30 I call, cuz no one showed and they say they'll be there within the hour. No one showed. They finally arrive Sunday morning and blew all the crap out of the gutter with an air hose and left the junk laying around our house-- didn't bag it or anything like other company's do. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I won't hire them again!!!!!"

As for the installation of the fence, Aspen's crew was quick and worked with us because there were some minor issues with water pipes and trees on the fence line. "Based on reviews on Angie's List, called to arrange an estimate for a new fence. Overall communication was fair, at best. The person was about 45 mins late and I had to make the call to determine when the person was expected to arrive. The person who did the inspection said that the company would call me to discuss the style and determine the price. After 3-4 days without a call, I finally made a call - and got their voicemail. I received a call back a day or so later, and we finally made contact to confirm the details. The final price was nearly twice that of that of two other companies that I called."
