Two things stood out which I think made Chellyanna stand out from the other contractors I have dealt with: 1) Timeliness- We showed Yossi around the house before we closed on our new home. The day after we closed they already started demo and never looked back. The stream of skilled workers never stopped coming until the project was done. Drywall, painting, plumbing, electric etc. were all done without delay. 2) Responsiveness - Yossi was always available to answer a call, tweak the project or answer our questions. "Carlos came recommended by our structural engineer. I had met with 2 other contractors but they were not the right ones for the job. Our work included adding support beams in the attic involved opening up walls and ceiling, and to put the room back together installing new crown moldings etc. These guys are the best contractors I have worked with. (I have worked with several including 2 whole house remodel.) Their team always show up on time and are respectful of your space and clean after themselves. Carlos is organized, offers great communication and suggestions. Always keeping you appraised of progress and raise potential red flags.
