(We didn't know how they would get the carpet down our stairs that make a 90-degree turn but they made it happen without scuffing the walls!) We also wanted to use a pewter-colored gripper strip where the carpet transitioned to concrete floor under closet doors instead of the silver or gold options offered by The Carpet Guys and they were able to accommodate our request and use and install the pewter strips that we had purchased. We eventually plan to replace more carpet and when we do, we will be reaching out to work with Brian E. at The Carpet Guys and we will be requesting installation by Sergio and his team. Our sales and installation experience with The Carpet Guys, Brian E., Sergio, and Sergio's two hardworking installers all exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend."
