"Honestly, it went as well as could be hoped. I'm super happy with the work. Quoting: I got quotes from 7 companies. Van showed up on time. He was obviously an expert and not just a salesman. He was pleasant to talk to and even helped me to expand on my ideas for a better end result. Definitely seemed like exactly the company I was looking for. The price I got back was not the absolute lowest but it was very competitive (below the mean of the 7). Communication/Scheduling: Multiple people were communicating with me via email and text. I was able to keep in touch on a regular basis navigating weather, illness, pattern choices, color choices, work start, invoicing. The work: They were able to tear out my old patio and sidewalk, level my hilly yard, pour the new concrete, stamp it, seal it. I didn't expect them to completely avoid killing the flowers that came up next to the old patio but they did. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. The patio is beautiful and integrated in my sidewalks. Follow-Up: Obviously there's some yard destruction when you're leveling things and using heavy equipment. Van was ready with referrals to landscaping companies which could help make things right. What could be improved: Choosing a stamp is pretty easy. Choosing 2 colors which will interact is a bit difficult. I ended up having to search online for examples posted by others on how base color X will look when mixed with release color Y."

The Sotos crew placed down wood to protect the sod around the areas they were working and during the concrete pour put up plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding area. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They matched finish texture to the adjoining concrete and blends well with the existing concrete in both locations. We would hire Sotos Concrete again."

"Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.

"My experience with Brian Flanagan could not have been better.   I had multiple quotes for the work at my house and Brian's knowledge, experience, and customer service excelled above all others at a lower cost for the work performed.  Furthermore, as we reviewed the space he made suggestions for other improvements in a very professional manner without being pushy or seeming like a salesman.  He also respected my schedule and made it through his appointment quickly.  The work was scheduled and performed as planned.  The team was courteous and clean up was perfect, the space looked better when they left than when they arrived.  Brian came by to get the job started on day one and followed up multiple times after the work was completed to ensure he met his obligation.  He'd even reach out after significant rain falls to ensure the issue was resolved.  We've had no issues with water in the basement since their visit.  I've recommended Brian's work to friends and will continue to do so whenever I get the chance going forward. "
