"We recently re-did our Master Bathroom and wanted to do some of the work ourselves. So we sought out Bridgestone Construction and met with Jeremiah. He was so helpful in suggesting some possible layouts and making sure we got the perfect size and look for our design. In addition, even though we were doing the actual work, he suggested counter and color choices and kept in contact to make sure things were working out okay. As usual, the crystal cabinets came in exactly as expected and look great in the finished bathroom. Bridgestone Construction Inc and Jeremiah were awesome to do work with."

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"Our initial meeting with Suj was great. Initially, we had in mind a much larger job. He had quoted us $3000 for the closet demolition / wall rebuild (non-load bearing), packaged with several other items. Together with the fee for drawings ($4000) and permits, this was a bit higher than we anticipated. However, we decided to go with Suj due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Out of our other quotes, Suj’s pricing was middle of the pack - not the cheapest or most expensive. When the drawings were complete and evaluated, he gave us an updated cost of $6000 over text message. The scope of work had changed, and this was no longer part of a bigger project - understandable. The issue was when he gave us the official estimate a week later and up’d the price once again to $9000. When asked what happened, his exact words were “well, I need to get paid too”. He had weeks to consider before quoting the $6000 and nothing had changed since then. The extra $3000 may be insignificant compared to most renovation costs, but for us in our first home, this was back breaking. We continued with Suj since we were already locked in and well past the 3 day cancellation period. Their work for the most part was exceptional. The new wall blended perfectly into our existing structure, and the ceiling patch was also well done. The problem here was the floor. They had dug up a 1” deep pit in the floor, likely to remove the wall studs. However, they did not patch the floor or even let us know this was going to be an issue. We were never told about the pit until I decided to check in on their progress one day towards the end of the wall build. This required us to pay a handyman to come in next day on a weekend to patch the concrete since we had cabinets being installed the following Tuesday. Suj was aware of this and did not believe it pertinent information. Overall, Suj and SoCal Builders do quality work, but the issues in pricing consistency lost us before the work even started. Not even telling us that we’d be left with a 1” deep pit in our floor after was another huge issue which should’ve been brought up much earlier. This was our first experience with a contractor and I’m not sure if this is typical or not. However, it’s enough to make me doubt I’d contact them for any future work."

"If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. Highly recommended."

"We absolutely love our new home. We had our kitchen remodeled, our hallway, which is now our beautiful laundry area, our two bathrooms, new flooring installed in those areas, recessed lighting, new central air and heat, the electrical upgraded, new plumbing in areas that needed it, the exterior and interior painted, and our structure retrofitted. Even though we didnâ t add square footage the inside of our home is unrecognizable. Everyone that comes to our home canâ t believe the changes, and how beautiful it came out. We love it! We met with at least four other contractors before deciding to go with H&A My Design. Ben, the Project Manager, immediately made us feel comfortable, and made a great impression with us. He was with us from the get go and through to completion. Meshi was added to our project shortly after we started. So there were now two Project Managers. Meshi was an excellent and pleasant addition. Meshi and Ben were on top of everything. Between her and Ben nothing went unanswered. Every good relationship does have some stumbles, how they are resolved determines everything. Whenever we had questions or concerns during the project we immediately received a text, a phone call, or Ben or Meshi would drop by. They were hands on, and never difficult to reach. They both immediately addressed any issues we had. When the project was complete Ben and Meshi even brought our fur babies fun gifts and tasty snacks, along with a gift for us. About three months later, we noticed some issues. We contacted Meshi and Ben via text and sent pictures. She immediately sent someone out and the job was complete within 24hrs. The project took about three months to complete. Overall, we had a great experience, and we are very happy with the outcome, the professionalism, and the time frame. We would use, and highly recommend, H&A My Design for future projects, and Ben and Meshi as our Project Managers. Thank you Ben and Meshi and H&A My Design! We couldnâ t be happier."

"We hired Trig Builders to tear out our bathtub, shower and shower walls and to build a tub deck with a drop in tub; install marble tiles on the shower floor & walls and vanity backsplash, remove and relocate the old recessed lights and vent fan and install the shower/bath all plumbing fixtures. Like most other people, we also had many other bids before deciding who to hire for that work and at the end of this hard process, we decided to go ahead with Trig Builders. Our decision to hire and work with them was based on their positive online opinions from other clients and the excellent reputation that they have. At first, we worked only with Michelle about the design and the selection of materials of the project. It was a pretty easy and not complicated to work with her. At the end of that process, we were extremely happy with the overall design and the flow of the space. After that stage, Yossi was assigned to our project and he took over with the designs and flow. During the work, we had close to 6 workers that worked daily on the entire project starting with demolition, framing, and construction, paint and finishes installation. By having all this people working at the same time, we felt and noticed that the work is running super-fast and we loved it! Yossi made sure that each stage will be approved by him and this was the main reason why he visited our house on a daily basis (sometimes even more than once a day). The work was completed after 3 weeks from the day that Michelle met with us and we approved the design and the flow. At the end of the work, Yossi and Michelle came over to the final meeting where we inspected all the work and the final project. During that meeting, we informed them about few issues and Yossi was able to take care of them the following day making sure that they all will be resolved and approved by us. This is the greatest service we could think of. Trig Builders did a great work and we do recommend them for any construction work."

Everything went very well.  The job took a little longer than expected (estimate was about 3 weeks for the whole job, but it took almost 4).   I was okay with that because it was a very big job, and I had a feeling it may take a little longer anyways.  I am happy that they didn't rush through anything just to meet a deadline. 

Gino was great to work with and gave me many great ideas for tile colors and designs, as well as colors and designs for the custom vanity and countertop.  He also made sure that the different specialist crews started their respective phases of the project on schedule and ensured that there was seamless transition from one phase of the project to the next.  The cost of the project may seem like a lot, but that is because it is a very big bathroom.  I also requested to add a few things such as more lighting as the project went on, so that added a little to the cost.  I gave the pricing a B instead of A because Gino went with a higher quality/higher cost lighting whereas I would have been okay with a lower cost lighting option from Home Depot or Lowe's.  That isn't a big deal though and is partially my fault since I could have done my own research and instructed him to go with the lower cost option.  However Gino is all about delivering a very high quality product, so his choice of lighting is consistent with that. 

Gino also makes himself available to rectify any lingering issues that may arise after the job is complete.  One example is that the water wasn't going down the drain of the shower properly the first time I used the shower, however when I brought it up to him, Gino came out and took care of the issue the same day.  It turned out to be a little debris blocking the drain from the tiling, which had to be cleared out, so not a big deal.  That gave me assurance that should anything else arise (I doubt anything will) in the future that he will come back and take care of it.    

Overall I am very satisfied with the job.  Everything was very well planned out, the communication from Gino was outstanding, and although the job took slightly longer, that wasn't a big deal because the excess time ensured increased quality.  I would recommend Gino and his crew for any job, big or small!
