"We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint"

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."

"I've hired Brian a few times over the years. The first time I had him replace some swollen particle board in my refrigerator nook. I then had him replace about 80 linear feet of siding on my guest house. Today he came and shaved off some material from a door that was no longer sitting square as the frame had shifted. I opted for the "cheap" fix as I didn't want the walls taken apart to have the door jam reset. He did a great job and no one will be the wiser. "SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. Job was done properly, they cleaned the house when they finished and it was a pleasure to do business with them."
