Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. "The tech came out and was very helpful. Basically, I was using my machines improperly and they were nice enough to educate me on how to not abuse my washer and dryer. I was then charged for a service call for two appliances. After the technician left, I received a follow up text from David. Naturally, he asked how it went and if I was satisfied. I told him it was happened and he was nice enough to refund me some of the money for the service call since it was due to my error.
