"It went beautifully. They came THE SAME DAY and within a couple of hours of my call which is commendable itself! The problem was an easy fix and a much needed maintenance was performed on the cooling equipment. Back in 2014 I gave Lerner a rave review for fixing our Kenmore stackable washer/dryer. I will never use another company. In fact, I'm using them again in a week or so to install a new freezer fan after they order it."

"Kamran did a great job installing my dishwasher. He arrived as he promised, and removed and took away my old dishwasher. Spent time insuring the new appliance worked properly and went through the controls with me. Pricing was fair and reasonable and I highly recommend his services."

"Hrant called immediately, set up a time for the next day and was there on schedule. He did the maintenance and ordered a part for repair and was back the NEXT day with it. Amazing service. We have a very old Whirlpool dryer that's been a workhorse, so we want to keep it going for as long as possible. We plan to continue to use KH for future maintenance and repairs."

"Kevin from Prime Star arrived within the 2 hour window of 11am - 1pm. He was very courteous. He first vacuumed the water from the washer / dryer which had not drained out. Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. The washer / dryer is operating as though it's new."

"He was timely and quick to fix my dryer. Great experience."

"Quality service. Fast and efficient, polite and knowledgeable about the services. Will hire for future services."

"Had them come out to fix my dryer that just stopped heating all of a sudden. Thought it’d be a huge hassle but they made it easy. The tech knew what he was doing, had the part on him and got it running in like 30 mins. Felt honest and not pushy. Dryer’s back to normal now, thank God. Solid job."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Excellent service. Technician Bob was courteous and knowledgeable. Repair was completed as promised. Would recommend."

"Unfortunately my washer was beyond repair. However, Chris was in good humor and able to recommend a new brand that he rarely has to fix. I bought the washer the same day."
