"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. I would Highly recommend Monteros Hardwood to install you hardwood floors."

"I hired this company to install wood flooring on over 1600 sq ft of my home and tile in both of my bathrooms and laundry room. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with the owner when he came out to give us the estimate on our flooring. It was like dealing with a family member. once the job started we had the pleasure of meeting the owner's sons who delivered our material to our home. We knew from the beginning that we hired the right people for the job. Once the job started Brandon who did the majority of the tile was hard working and I knew I could trust him. Chase and Sam came on the job and I witnessed non stop professionalism and hard work till the job was completed. They all were so concerned with what we wanted and had our best interest at heart from beginning to end. They did so much in our home and really it is just too much to mention. I will tell you that as a Realtor I see a lot of homes and a lot of flooring. I knew what I wanted and the type of installers I wanted to install my flooring and I got everything I waited for and wanted for so long. I will recommend them to all of my clients and coworkers. "The salesman Wayne was great and a pleasure to have in our home. Was not impressed by how the install was handled. We had a three day project, 2 days of LVP and 1 day of carpet. The LVP crew didnâ t show up until 2pm on day 1 because they had a repair giving to them that morning. Those guys hustled but there was too much work to be done to catch up. They hustled again the second day but it was not enough time to finish so it pushed into a third day which is when the carpet was scheduled. My family had to be very creative on how to stack and stuff furniture around our second floor so there was room for the LVP crew to finish and the carpet could go down. It was a cluster. Not impressed by the baseboard installation. They didnâ t countersink and cover the nails and the corner connections were not aligned that well. I will have to finish that detail work myself. Carpet installer was a true craftsman and did an excellent job. However he didnâ t speak much English so made it difficult to communicate. Needed the help of the LVP guys to interpret. Overall the price was fair but not as impressed by the experience as I wanted to be."

"We visited Mike at his store in Duarte. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He brought the 4 floor designs we selected to our home for us to decide. The entire project took only 1 day, which he told us would take 2 days. We were thrilled with the result. Instead of ripping out the tiles, Mike recommended vinyl laminate, which fits under our doors and did not require trimming out the doors or removing the side trims. I like Mike’s honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. He even accepted Zelle payment. Overall, it was money well spent and I’m glad he gave us options which we never even thought of.
