"lem. Finally they came out with an engineer from the company that makes the water heater (Navien). Thank God for that engineer from Navien! He discovered that Lawson had incorrectly installed that line into the hot water heater. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and no more gas leak. When the Lawson guy (Vic, a supposed manager) and the Navien engineer didn’t know I was listening and were closed in our maintenance closet testing the fix to make sure it wasn’t leaking gas anymore, I heard the Navien engineer railing against the e Lawson guy for how incompetent their staff were for messing up such a simple install. The Lawson guys kept saying “I know. I know. I’m sorry.” They both profusely apologized to me. Vic (from Lawson) accepted responsibility and said he would make our not being able to take showers and cook and do laundry in our own home for over a month right. If he had made it right, I would be writing a 5-star review instead of a 1-star review. Long story short (and many unreturned phone calls and emails over an entire year later) we are having to fight them through Better Business Bureau. Yes to Navien water heaters. NO NO NO to Lawson Plumbing. What a nightmare!"

"Our remodel has been done for awhile now, and every day we have to pinch ourselves - is this OUR house?! It was an EXTENSIVE remodel - two walls removed, two floors raised, a whole new kitchen and island, new flooring throughout, three ceilings raised, a new kitchen window, a new French door to the front patio, lots of AC duct work moved - and we lived in the house throughout the entire project! What made that possible was the thoughtfulness and extra work by everyone involved. Even though the kitchen was gutted, they left the kitchen sink and cabinet underneath in place until the last possible minute! They moved our old fridge from place to place until the new one was installed. And Clint and Foodie must have moved out washer and dryer out of the laundry room to the garage and back again at least five times so we had access to them at least on the weekends. And everyone left the house as clean as possible at the end of every day - supplies moved out or consolidated, floors swept - even though it would have been a lot easier to just leave everything in place for the following day. Everything turned out gorgeous! Dave and his crew really brought out vision to life. Everyone who's seen the finished remodel is just WOWED at the transformation. The kitchen is so beautiful! The cabinets are stunning and perfect in every way! The granite is a real show-stopper! They placed the new island in the perfect location - just what we wanted! And all the new can lights and three-way switches on dimmers bring the lighting into 2018. All the living spaces are so open and spacious now, and filled with natural light. And Dave's and Clint's suggestion to remove the old Saltillo tile and carpeting (no easy job!) and replace it all with one continuous type of flooring was the finishing touch to the whole project! And of course, that prompted raising the sunken floors in the living room and family room, which made a world of difference! Everything flows together now and feels SO much bigger and brighter! Everyone ALWAYS showed up on time, as scheduled, and were friendly and very pleasant to work with. They all were very detail oriented, and more than willing to do - and sometime re-do - things to our total satisfaction. Dave was on-site most days, and anytime we called him he got back with us very quickly, usually within a few minutes. We really can't imagine anyone doing a better job, and we would certainly use Interior Remodeling By Simmons again. If a beautiful, quality result is your goal, you can't go wrong with Dave and his entire crew!"
