"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

When life gets difficult, the last thing you should have to worry about is finding someone you can trust to take care of the work that needs to be done. \n\nMy business is built on three simple promises: quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and genuine care for my customers. I take pride in every job, whether it’s a small repair, a home improvement project, or the kind of unexpected problem that comes at the worst possible time. I believe everyone deserves dependable, honest service—especially during hard times.\n\nAt the end of the day, my only goal is simple: to see my customers happy, satisfied, and confident that they chose the right person for the job.

"I have a contract. I pay for that when I have something fixed. I did find someone that was cheaper but that was after the fact. They came out right away. He was a little late maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I may shop around for a lower price. I would recommend them but I would shop around."

"Very nice guy. Does excellent work. Highly recommended to everyone. No job to big or small."

"I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!

"Very well, Mr. Bill came to perform this service when he said he would, and it was just a very easy and convenient process, and we haven't had a single issue with our repair since. Thank you Mr. Bill!"

"Michael called and came out Friday, November 9 as scheduled. He did an excellent job. We will hire him again to install some faucets in our bathroom and do other repairs."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"The AL was for large appliance repair.  I contacted the company prior to purchasing to make sure they worked on Kenmore brand washers and I also told them exactly what the washer was doing so that they could evaluate the issue prior to coming out in case they needed to bring parts.  The tech arrived, evaluated by sound only that it was the ball bearings, nothing was taken apart or visually checked and I was given an estimate to repair of $400-600.  The tech agreed that a new washer could be purchased for that amount so no repair was done.  This visit consisted of 10 minutes.
Although I felt the company response time was good in getting back with me and that the tech was professional and courteous, I felt the company had suffient time prior to me purchasing the AL deal to tell me that my issue, based on what I told them, sounded like ball bearings and would be a high cost to repair.  This courtesy could have saved me the $74 for the 10 minute service call and I would have had a much better respect for their company, probably use them in the future and/or refer to someone else.
