This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew.
