The owner , 26 years of experience in air/con. ,install., did not try to make excuses and told me that this was the first problem like this he has been confronted with he was going fix it , and he did. there was no extra charge. a working air cond. made my day, but this mans honesty of the problem and his dedication to the correct method of installation, made it a much better day to me ."
