We contacted the installer, National Design Mart of Medina and discovered they don't seal their granite. That's when we called Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Stuart Smith did the estimate and the service. He is experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. Stuart repaired the chip so that it is undistinguishable, polished the granite, and sealed it. The counters looked immediately new like they should have looked all along. He also caulked our under mount sink to prevent water from seeping under the granite. We highly recommend Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Don't bother looking anywhere else!"

"We had a bathroom vanity refaced (in white) and American Wood Reface did an excellent job. Their products are high quality and the installer was very professional and did an excellent job. Their sales presentation are very informative but there are no sales pressure tactics. Communications before, during and after the job are excellent. After our experience with the bathroom vanity, we will be having American Wood Reface come back to reface our kitchen cabinets and we prefer their all wood refacing techniques as well as their selection of woods and finishes as well as hardware. If you are considering a cabinet refacing project, I strongly recommend that you check them out and compare their products with the competitors!"

"We purchased an Angie's List special for $1499 for a custom granite countertop including materials and labor. We first contacted the company for information and talked to Hannah Deliere, sales executive, about the service. She was very helpful and I provided her a rough drawing of the counter top surface and some kitchen pictures. We visited Mont Granite in Hillard to look at a variety of granite slabs on display. The special offer was for 9 types of granite selections and any other stones were considered an upgrade. We made several trips to the granite location before deciding on a granite stone upgrade called Giallo Fiorito. We took a cabinet door to help us match over 200 slabs on display. After we made our decision and provided the down payment, a technican visited our home and verified the measurements. The installers showed up on time and  removed the sink, plumbing connections and old countertop. The new granite surface was installed including a cut out for the sink and a back splash. The sink was replaced  and attached  caulking was done on the backsplash area. We were responsible for re-connecting the water supply lines, pipes, disposal etc. The entire installation took about 4 hours and the installers did a great job on the clean up. We were very impressed with the work done by the installers, Tyler and Tim. Special thanks to Hannah for keeping us informed on the progress of the job and answering our phone calls and e-mails. The entire process took about three weeks from ordering through installation. The granite countertop has transformed our kitchen and we are very satisfied with the job. "Classic Tileworks was a subcontractor of our kitchen cabinet installer. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Bob and his assistant were punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day (took 2 days). The backsplash was somewhat complicated and they did an amazing job. <br />"

"Our beautiful granite counters really look good with the sealer on them, they feel exceptionally smooth, easy to clean them now. The tile sealer in the bath and laundry rooms was worth the money. The grout will stay looking good, the color is protected and water wear and tear is no longer a concern. The water rolls off the shower doors, so much easier to clean, soap does not stick / scum up. <br /> <br /> The next service we are calling Kris for is our toilets. They will be much much easier to clean once they are sealed. We all know if we could make cleaning toilets easier we should. We highly recommend Kris and HydoSheild. You will not find a nicer guy and he is very professional, looked good and was very knowledgeable. If you have granite, tile, or glass shower doors, everyone has toilets, you should call Kris and get the HydoSheild service!"

The installers cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old windows. They explained to me how the windows worked and left me the warranty information. "As part of a bathroom make-over and after finally deciding to go w/ natural stone, visited the Firenza Stone shop and found a huge selection of "remnant" materials, which were perfect for making a small countertop ... picked through all and found a piece we loved, but a specific section of the piece, not at either end ... Tony asked us to show him the section, he said no problem and marked it off ... and, again because of the small size of the vanity we had, sinks were limited, but Tony showed us a nice porcelain undermount, that would work perfectly, and we added that to the list ... about one week later, the crew showed up ... the only hiccup being they came about 2 hours early, without notice ... not a big deal, as we were there and in the process of removing the existing unit, but just a little more hectic ... install went smoothly, and it looks great. <br />"
