"I was a little concerned about things going smoothly. I had emailed the project manager my list with photos, as I need to get some questions answered in advance of the visit. I had to make a few calls to get answers. But I figured if I could get the high priority items done it would still be worth it, especially for the price (an Angie's List special deal - 8 hours for $299). Colin arrived on time and diligently worked through the list. He was personable, answered questions and offered advice. Some of the things he did: planed 3 sticky doors, repaired a steel door where the layers were separating, repaired a gate opening and changed out the hardware, installed a light fixture, changed a lawn mower blade, replaced weatherstripping on garage door, re-caulked two sinks, installed a wall coat rack, several hooks and a towel bar and replaced blinds."

"It was a pleasant experience from start to finish to work with Doug and his team. When we accepted his quote, Doug emailed us all his insurance info. They showed up on time, worked quickly, paid attention to details and gave us amazing results at a great price. Very courteous and professional. We had a couple of holes that needed to be patched and they did an excellent job repairing them. Some difficulty in scheduling installation, partially due to his illness.  Arrived late on a couple occasions, which was also frustrating.  Started installation on a Friday night to minimize time needed on Saturday but was working past 9:00 PM and had to ask to wrap up for the night.One heating register was lost so I had to replace that which was an inconvenience.  

Overall price and quality were great.  Removal and haul away of old carpet was very helpful.   Slightly cheaper compared to Lowe's/Home Depot for comparable products but prefer to do business with small businesses when possible.

If he was unable to work because of weather or other circumstances, he always called. I needed the work completed before winter and he accomplished the job quickly. He did a very good job, and cleaned up after scraping and painting. I got 3 estimates before making a decision and Marc's price was extremely reasonable compared to the other 2 estimates I got. He also worked out a payment plan for me.
