He walked through the space, took measurements, double-checked the repeats on the pattern and offered to get back to us within a day or so with a material quantity recommendation and installation quote. He had the details of the quote to us within 24 hours and offered to see if he could get the wallpaper at a competitive price. <br /> Due to construction delays, it took almost 5 months for us to get back to Jim for installation. After contacting him, he again worked with our schedule needs and provided an up front estimate for how much time he would need to complete his work. Once on site, he performed excellent work matching the repeats in the paper. He kept the work area clean and protected throughout the installation process. His earlier material calculations worked perfectly. When he was all done, we had exactly the look we wanted and no leftover mess to cleanup. "It went very well.  It took one day for two people to remove the wall paper and prep the walls for painting.  The wall board had minor damage from an earlier re-papering  job, and several small holes that needed to be filled.  The second day one painter was able to apply two coats of paint on the walls and paint the trim and baseboard. The homeowner removed all the towel racks, vanity lighting,  etc and re-installed them after the painting so this was not part of the job.  The management team came back after the job was completed for a final inspection and would have addressed any problems, but there were none.   These are not the cheapest guys in the area, but they are the ones to go to if you want to be sure you will get a good job and good service. They have done interior painting for us before, also with exceptional results.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. <br />"

"Ricky did an outstanding job at a great price and I would use him again. I just purchased a rental property and needed to get the peeling wallpaper removed from two bathrooms (one with a 10 foot + ceiling) as quickly as possible. It was a tough job because the wall paper was laid on sheet rock that had not been prepped. He had to remove the existing wallpaper, fix all the imperfections in the sheet rock, and he then applied three coats of Sherwin Williams paint to the bathrooms walls and ceiling. I only paid for two coats of paint but he insisted on a third coat so it looked as good as possible. As a result, the job took two and a half days. He also repaired the damaged sheet rock in the ceiling of a bedroom and painted the ceiling at no additional cost. I could not be happier with the finished product. His quick work allowed the tenant to move in only three days after I purchased the property. I give him my highest recommendation and will use him again at this property to remove the remaining wallpaper in the master bedroom and kitchen. <br />"
