"I was very impressed by the professionalism of Chapman-Lockwood. The owner, Cameron, was consistently punctual and very easy to coordinate with. He offered constructive advice on installation options and ultimately his advice led to a very successful project. Chapman-Lockwood's foreman and crew were very skilled, considerate, and treated my property with care. The attention to detail of their work was appreciated. I have received many compliments from neighbors on the finished product. Overall, my expectations were exceeded and I recently contracted Chapman-Lockwood for another home improvement project. They will be installing new tile flooring and painting the interior of my home."

"Installers were responsive, congenial, and great to work with."

"Michael with "Master Craftsman" did a great job installing a 22' Large Lvl header beam in my Living room along with recess lighting.  Repaired the sheet rock texture and painted.  We are very satisfied with the quality of his work and plan on having do other renovations in our home."

"Very well. Gary showed up slightly ahead of schedule and proceeded with this assortment of small jobs. I was very impressed with both the speed and the quality of his work. Except for the A/C job, these were all small things I would have done myself a few years ago, but I could not have done them nearly as fast or as well. I did think the prices were a little high, but he is in high demand because of the quality of his work. Gary is about as down-to-earth and friendly as could be, and we will definitely call on him again."
