"They did a great job and were very professional from the initial phone call to the installation and follow up call.   The wallpaper was a fairly stiff water resistant paper so not easy to handle and the 1930's walls have unusual transitions.  The installer did it very efficiently and made good suggestions where decisions were needed.  He cleaned up after very well and I would definitely hire Paper Moon again!"

"I admit I’m too fussy and seek perfection. For years, I wanted to replace wallpaper in my dining area and in my bathroom and vanity. I was apprehensive. Both areas were challenging. The dining area is separated from other areas with side columns and drop ceiling and these were covered with wallpaper. The bathroom and vanity were even more challenging. The wallpaper circled the entire ceiling of the bathroom, including the shower/bathtub onyx. It went around a door separating the bathroom from the vanity, under the vanity’s sink, mirror, light fixture, and over a diamond shape entrance separating the vanity from the bedroom. I read horror stories about the process, including shrinking wallpaper, wallpaper that goes around mirrors and light fixtures but not under them, and wallpaper with mismatched seams. I started to look for the perfect wallpaper hanger who is professional and has the artistic skills and patience, one who comes early and work all day. After a long search I found Jim Cooper of Nuwalls. He did the perfect job! He removed the old wallpaper, prepared the uneven and cracked walls under them for hours on end, and warranted his job for yrs.His price matched other bids. I am so satisfied I plan to ask him to replace the wallpaper in the breakfast area and the other bathroom. <br />"

"Scheduling the estimate was easy. Rudy came out, took a look and provided an estimate on the spot. Covering the walls, floors and removing the light and ceiling fixtures went well. Removing the popcorn texture started well, except that no one thought to check it for asbestos (not a law in Texas for Residential). By the time I thought to check it, it had been drying on the floor for a few days and workers were moving throughout the house. I had a sample checked and sure enough it was positive at 10%. I informed Rudy and he ensured that as little traffic as possible going forward was the norm. The lesson learned is to include daily removal of the texture when it is wet is the way to go to minimize exposure to the rest of the house. The rest of the project went smooth. There were drying issues due to weather which extended the project duration but not Rudy's fault. When the project was completed, I had the whole house tested for asbestos and although between Rudy's initial clean up and my follow up, there were levels slightly higher than what is acceptable at schools. I had to have the air scrubbed for 24 hours to remove the rest. Make sure your HVAC is never turned on when doing these jobs until all clear. What should have cost about 4K ended up costing an additional 1500 to test and clean the air. Last note - I contacted one of the other companies who provided an estimate and they informed me that they would have followed the same process Rudy did. Also, Rudy replaced all the drywall nails with screws which no other contractor mentioned in their quote."

"Wallpapers-to-Go is easy to work with on choosing a wallpaper because you can buy a bunch of rolls of wallpaper, come home and try them on the wall, then return them all (within 60 days so you have time to think) and they record your selection. Then I got the other work done I needed to do before the wall work. Then, their installer, Juanita Carson, came out to estimate installation. She was good about explaining the scope of work. I bought the wallpaper rolls to have at home and paid the store and she came out and did the work. I don't know how she can work so perfectly around stuff on the walls but it could not look any better. It is beautifully done and the bathroom looks fantastic. Very happy and will use the store again."

"We had to change siding in a short amount of time. Mike provided an immediate quote and worked with his office to schedule the work immediately. Mike made sure that he kept me informed on the risk factors/timeline from beginning to end of the project. Mike was also readily available via phone/text to respond to my questions. The crew worked in 105+ F weather for 2.5 weeks and did an amazing job. They made sure to clean everyday when they leave. The crew was also accommodative to work on particular sections on particular days. After the project was completed we found a nail inside the house from the job. 21st Century made sure they fix it. 21st Century document signing/payment system is also pretty easy to use and efficient. This is my 5th project with 21st Century and I highly recommend them for painting and siding work."
