When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. "We hired Bear Mountain to repair our badly damaged smooth ceiling, frame our skylights, and paint. They were very professional from beginning to end. The quality of the work was excellent. While we could have found a better price, this was a small job that required very skilled labor, as we wanted a perfectly smooth ceiling. It was worth the extra cost to deal with a company that we could rely on to deliver quality work."

"Painting of the cabinets and walls turned out beautifully, backsplash looked amazing. The ONLY negative thing I have to mention, is that we were left with about 10 black bags filled with the tile and Sheetrock that was removed from our backsplash demo, because he said they had no way of disposing of it. I said no worries, I will put it out with our weekly trash. However, little did I know, our trash company will not pick up any type of construction material. Now I am going to have to find someone and pay to have it removed and hauled away. This is the only reason why I’m giving the one “B”. If you do any type of demo, just make sure that part is taken care of ahead of time so u don’t have extra unexpected charges. Otherwise, Pablo and his crew did a very good job. I would use him again for painting."
