"Needed to have my chimney inspected and cleaned since we were getting some unusual odors the last time we had a fire. My wife called Patch and set up an appointment. They agreed to give us the "Groupon" price discount. They came out on schedule and cleaned and inspected. As far as we could tell they did a good job. However, they found some problems and assured me they would send us a formal estimate to review; this has never arrived (>5 weeks later). It was also not clear that they ever figured out why we were having the unusual odors or what we needed to do about it.

"Opted to use another company for the roofing work.  The person who came to give me an estimate was nice, polite, prompt, and professional.  However, the company provided an estimate to replace my roof without ever even looking at the roof in person, other than from the ground level.  No one ever got on my roof or took measurements to calculate the estimate.  While it may be possible to obtain a rough estimate from satellite photos, there is no way to determine the extent of any damage to a roof without actually climbing up onto the roof and doing a visual inspection."

"Mr. Adam Farley who is the Field Claims Manager for Ageless came to our door inquiring about the  wind and hail damage that he saw on our roof. My wife, who never goes to the door for strangers, invited Adam in to speak with us about this.
 We knew we had trouble with our roof since we had been dealing with persistent problems over several years.  In our attempts to find a solution for our roof issues, we had five different roofing companies do " work " for us.  Needless to say, our roof still leaked and our ceiling  and walls became an even greater frustration.
Adam did an extensive look see and contacted his manager and company owner, Paul Krugman.  Paul and Adam scoured the roof, discussed in great detail the complexity of our issues and what it would take to permanently fix the problem.  We immediately felt we were working with experts who took their job seriously.  We contacted our insurance co., made the claim and waited for the dreaded adjustor.  Paul and Adam were both present and on the roof with the adjustor for over an hour.  The end result was that the insurance company paid for all the work, a new roof and extensive inside repair.  Even the insurance co. recognized they were dealing with roofing experts with a sound plan for addressing a long standing problem.
The roofing crew was incredible.  Our foreman was Santos and he was on our roof all day, every day with his men.  They were highly organized and efficient.  More than that, they had a smile and a greeting even for our curious ten year old grandson.
We had such a sense of confidence in Paul and this company, we wanted his interior crew to complete our inside walls and ceiling.  Once again, Ageless, to the rescue.  Believe it or not, a crew tearing out walls and ceiling can be a pleasant experience! Ed is the true craftsman and the end result is awesome!
