"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Mr. Scott was very responsive to my initial inquiry and all follow-up contacts. He was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Once I approved the estimate, the work started quickly and was completed quickly and accurately. The replacement of the hot and cold valves for the washing machine was not as complicated as was anticipated, and Mr. Scott reduced the cost accordingly.
