"From start to finish I was treated like family. Pat was our contractor and helped us through every step as this was our first major remodel project. Tom and Leslie performed the work and were nothing short of amazing. We had a leaky shower and a severely dated bathroom and by the end of this project we no longer have any leaks and our bathroom looks fantastic and luxurious. We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character.
