"I felt I was dealing with a car salesman when discussing price. The price was a moving target. The salesman adjusted it a few times and then called his manager. I do feel we ended with a fair price. If you use Reve (and that would OK) get their bid LAST because of the pressure to sign today for the best price. I THINK the roof is great. Ask me in a few years. The gutter people did 90% of the job. It is not the workers fault. The salesman did not estimate enough for the downspouts & gutters. I am sure the work will be completed but I have to call every other day and two weeks later the work is not yet completed. Customer service is very nice ... but doesn't call back after he says he will."

"Bath Center used a sub contractor & he was very slow, I'm not complaining as they were great & I would use them again. The only slowdown was the original job was bigger than they thought & used the sub contractor because of framing that was required."

"The sales experience was easy and pleasant. We're happy with the shower but I would have liked guidance about where to place the components. When everything was torn out we didn't know where to estimate where things should go, and we were off in our guesses. The shower heads weren't the same quality as what we had before."

"We have contracted with Bath Fitter to replace the tub/shower with a walk-in shower system. It will be installed within 3 -5 weeks. We have only met with the sales rep, Jeremy Nichols, who was excellent. He's definitely an asset to the company. We're looking forward to the installation."

"Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic. Thank you Jeff! You are our new go-to, and we are so grateful for your time and skill."

"I bought a nice shallow-but-big (39" X 39" X 13") upper kitchen cabinet at Ballard Reuse for $30, but it was too heavy for my husband and me to hang without help -- plus we weren't sure how to do it so that it would (a) look good and (b) not come crashing down on a kid or a cat. We fix our own appliances and do our own home repairs all the time, but this project made us nervous. There was a trim piece at the top of the cabinet, plus molding at the top of the wall the cabinet was to go on, and we just didn't have the tools or the know-how to figure out how to mesh the two in an attractive way. I put the project into Home Advisor, but the top two matched pros were not good matches (a guy way down in Kent, plus Sears Kitchen Installation??). Sticks-N-Stones of Lynnwood was listed under additional matches and was the only one located anywhere near our Shoreline home. We hoped Sticks-N-Stones could squeeze our rinky-dink job in amongst others in the area, while still coming at a time when my husband would be around to help lift the cabinet into place. I contacted Dale by email late afternoon on Friday, and he was here Sunday morning(!), after doing other jobs in the area. He was clean cut, personable, and prompt. He discussed with us what we wanted, told us the course of action necessary, and was done within minutes -- at an amazing price! The cabinet looks better than I ever dreamed. It's flush with the ceiling and actually looks like a built-in. It's perfectly level and butts up perfectly next to the molding that he cut to fit. A mammoth project for us was so darned easy for him. After Dale left, my husband and I felt a huge weight off our shoulders. And we have some great new kitchen storage! We'll definitely use Sticks-N-Stones again."

"This is a small local company who take care to do a project the way you want it. They installed a new large walk-in shower in my master bath and refaced my kitchen cabinets. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot-on. Always open to suggestions and requests from me during both projects. Both the shower and kitchen are beautifully done and just as I envisioned them. I have done other major kitchen and bath remodels in the past on other homes and this company is the best one I've used."
