Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. The team was able to quickly help with our project of one complete bathroom gut renovation (tile, plumbing, custom built-ins, painting and installing all new fixtures) and an update to a half bath that included installing a custom vanity, new lighting, replacing the toilet and painting. We threw a lot of curveballs at them with our dated bathrooms, but they were able to incredibly work within two weeks to overhaul both bathrooms. Amazing! "I hired Salvador's company after talking with and receiving quotes from 4 companies. Salvador is very responsive. Salvador did a great job managing difficult schedules and was great at keeping in touch through this process. Although the project complete was of high quality, I'm mainly writing this review to highlight Salvador's professionalism through a particularly difficult challenge. After the drywall work was complete, his first (of two) floor crews came in to complete the hardwood floor installation. This first crew was NOT professional and installed the floor without providing the remedial work to the sub-floor that was needed for a quality installation. I wasn't made aware of this until the entire floor was completed an I noticed "soft spots" in several areas. I called Salvador to discuss the situation that day. Rather than try to argue that the installation was acceptable or give me a discount, Salvador asked if there was another day he could come by to redo the complete installation and absorb all costs to do so. This is a sign of a service provider that understands the value of a happy customer. Because of his actions, not only will I hire him again, but will also advocate for and recommend his company to others. Salvador demonstrated a high degree of integrity and clearly a positive resolve."

"Simply put, I could not recommend them enough. They were flexible and made the process easy. As this was our first rehab, this one took 18+ months due to legal and zoning. Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree). As for the finishing, they made that easy too by allowing us to pick the big design elements but handled most of the "small finishes" that go overlooked but are a massive headache for the home owner. For example, baseboard trim was something we weren't very passionate about and let the company match up to our style - it looked great! With any construction project, there's bound to be change orders. James Construction was always flexible, assisting in anyway they could. We had an extra last-minute bath remodel that they team executed flawlessly, even though many of the contractors that were needed for the project had already done their jobs on the bigger parts of the houses. With the finished product, we couldn't be happier. If you have a rehab or want to upgrade, this is the right company for you. They're budget friendly, too!"
