"Great! Excellent communication from the project manager, work crew went out of their way to do a great job and to pick up materials for me when delivery wasn't possible. They were punctual, cleaned up at the end of each day, tried to minimize the intrusion as much possible, and were really nice guys, great to work with. Work was done on time and on budget. Kitchen looks great and I couldn't be happier. The price was for labor and raw materials. We supplied the cabinets, lighting, countertops, sink, appliances, and windows. We also decided to get the attic insulated at the same time at their suggestion- that addition was not included in the cost below (I don't remember how much it was but it was reasonable.) Here's what the work included: Demo existing kitchen including walls, floor, ceiling and windows. New electrical sub panel and wiring in kitchen Gas line added to kitchen (gas was already in the basement area) Installation of new walls, floors, ceiling, windows, doors, trim Installation of cabinets, countertops, appliances, sink Painting Attic insulation (additional)"

"We needed more space for our growing family, and the addition they built blends in seamlessly with our original home. From permits to the finishing touches, everything was handled professionally. It’s like it was always meant to be part of the house!"

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!"

Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. "Shay is an outstanding project manager and a creator. He has really looked out for us throughout the re-modal process. His daily communication was essential. I looked forward to the texts, Shay and his team of people kept us informed every step of the remodeling. Shay, built trust with his strong communication and his attention to detail. He made us feel relaxed through the process and I am very happy and excited by the results. Our bathrooms are everything we could have asked for. "I had a great experience working with this roofing company. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and efficient. The quality of the work definitely met my expectations, and I was impressed with how quickly they completed the entire reroofing project without cutting any corners. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me updated on each step, which I really appreciated. There was a small delay in the delivery of some materials (not their fault), but they handled it quickly and kept things moving. If you’re looking for reliable and quality roofing work, I would definitely recommend them. It’s refreshing to see a company that values both speed and quality without trying to endlessly price gouge me — (had to deal with a few others before I found them :\)"
