"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

"WOW! Where to begin? Carlos and his partner Luis are AMAZING. We are a boutique nanny agency with a beautiful office in Beverly Hills, and just opened up shop in San Francisco. We rented out a unit on Chestnut Street in the heart of the Marina that was completely run down, but got a great deal on rent so knew it would be worth it to clean the place up. The floors were trashed, there was piping lining two of the main interior walls, the bathroom was filthy (everything needed to be gutted - tile, toilet, sink, etc). Basically, the place was a MESS and we needed someone who not only had the skills and abilities to clean the place up, but who also truly understood what 'classy' looked like. Per his other great reviews, we contacted Carlos for an interview. First and foremost, he showed up EARLIER than scheduled by about 10  minutes, in clean jeans and a polo shirt with his company name/logo on it. Never in my years have I met a contractor who was so professional (in timeliness, demeanor and appearance), and I grew up in a family of contractors! 
Carlos came in, took a thorough look at the place, took some measurements, and gave us a very appropriate and reasonable estimate for the work - he came in right around where we expected. We hired him two hours later, after meeting a couple other contractors who were no where near as charming, professional, and reasonable as Carlos!
He began a few days later and brought along Luis, his handy partner. Luis is equally professional and talented. Again, they showed up about 10 minutes early on the first day of the job. I was already in love with these guys! 
They DID IT ALL. Seriously. From installing flooring to gutting the bathroom and building a great shelf, to the paint job and crown molding. They have all the tools they need and their skills are on fire!!!
They BUSTED through the work. I actually had to speed up orders for furniture, etc, because they worked so diligently. They had quoted us two weeks to complete the job, and based on previous remodel experience, I figured that meant a month. They got the job done in 12 days!!!!!
Now, I am a total perfectionist. I want everything done in a certain way (I know, annoying) but Carlos totally kept up and took what I said and made it perfect. Some contractors want to push their opinions and philosophies, but he was totally comfortable with how I wanted things, which was really, really nice!
I'd also like to touch on how personable and charming Carlos is. His English is very strong and his communication skills are great. He is funny, polite, and a pleasure to be around. Luis is lovely, too, but very quiet and an extremely serious worker (loved it)! Carlos made me feel totally safe at all times, particularly being a younger woman alone in an office space. There are lots of taboos about contractors, but he was always professional towards me. In fact, I came to really enjoy him and got to know about his family, how he got into the business, etc, all without distracting him from his work. 
When Carlos and Luis completed the job, we all knew they had to return for 'final touches' down the road. This include the installation of two interior doors that had to be specially ordered, as well as some final cosmetic touches. In previous experiences, I have had to worry about whether or not my contractor would keep his word and return to finish the job. I called Carlos when our doors arrived, and knew he had to finish another project. He said he would be available on Thursday, June 14th an would call me several days prior to confirm. And guess what? He did JUST that. He showed up this morning, again 10 minutes early, and ready to bang out the last few things. I was actually EXCITED to revisit with he and Luis!
This man is AMAZING. I would refer him in a heartbeat not just for his professionalism, but also his ability. The office looks incredible and very high-end. He knew how to do everything from installing laminate flooring to hanging our drapes precisely. He tiled our bathroom, installed a large set of Ikea cabinetry (which is no joke) and painted the interior and exterior. He was always on time, clean, and communicated well. He was just a joy to be around and was talented and skilled to boot. LOOK NO FURTHER! Carlos is your guy!!!!"

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."
