"After having a troubling experience with another well known Baton Rouge roofing company, I was glad that Garcia Roofing was a completely different experience. The first part of my experience was meeting with Darrel Walker and going through his thorough inspection of my roof and over my options of repairing vs replacing. I asked a ton of questions and received all the information I needed to make my decision. The process was informative and stress free. The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. I really appreciated the time, information, and attention to detail I received from the entire team at Garcia Roofing."

"Our laundry sink is a deep tub with little space left for the faucet in the rear. I expected that the plumber would need to remove the tub in order to replace the faucet. However, he did all his work from the underside and needed to cut the copper tubing to the old faucet to accomplish. He didn’t ask nor did I specify that I wanted to reuse the old faucet. But he defeated that purpose when he cut the tubing to close to faucet body. Subsequently, when we checked the installation, we pointed out that he hadn’t tightened down enough allowing the faucet to be moved around on the tub. Additionally, the pull-down hose couldn’t be pulled down at all. He fixed these items before he left. But afterwards, I discovered that the hose could only be pulled down part of it overall length. Admittedly, this was a tough job especially in the manner that he chose to accomplish. But I felt it could have gone better."

"Installers were prompt and worked efficiently.  New installer needed a bit more professional training, since he asked if he could smoke an e-cigarette inside.  When I said "no", he was polite and smoked outside.  At least he asked.  Installers looked a bit "rough" but they wore company shirts and did a good job.  My only problem with this company was that their hours were inconvenient, although they made arrangements to be open when I requested. <br />"

"When he came out to see what was needed, my siding issues were not what he did. To complicated to replace upright beam, and replace with longer pieces of siding to be staggered. I had all materials ready to be used. I had plywood to put under beams on outside ceiling overhang 7-8 feet high with or without insulation that I already had. He glossed over this issue and asked what else I had. I had an outside door that needed to be cut down at the bottom for door to close properly and a screen door that needed to be trimmed on side and also on the bottom of this door to fit properly. He inferred the two doors would fit the fee. I was disappointed that this was all that could be accomplished. This would break down to $50.00 per door to trim down. I was disappointed this was all that could be done. Although the day he was to come around after 10:am, he had not called me so I called to ask if I had the wrong day. He called back to say that he had a possible small stroke, the doctors had said and could not do the job. I was sorry this had happened to him."

"Todd and his team did an excellent job installing gutters on my home. It took several days to return my original phone call, but after that the job was evaluated and quoted in a timely fashion. The price was competitive, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The day of the install the team showed up on time, worked quickly and in a few hours I had new gutters. I am very happy with the appearance; they match the house color exactly and look great! Thank you Alumaworx! <br />"

"I didn't have any problems with them but it took them awhile to get the gutter. They even properly sealed my roof that a company didn't do properly. I would use them again in the future."
