"When I called Tommy for a quote he came out the same day. I had 2 other companies scheduled but after talking to him and seeing how the window was I went with him the same day he came out and cancelled to other 2. My windows were ordered on a Monday and came in the next Monday and was installed the next day even in the rain. The installers were on time, very efficient and extremely nice and did an awesome job. They finished in ine day, caulked everything so neat and precise and cleaned all there mess. I had no glasd or any of the old window frames left, they also took all the old windows. If I ever need a door or siding I will only call Tommy. I am one very satisfied customer and you can not go wrong with Tommy. My windows also came tinted which I love. When it came to the payment, I paid half down then paid remaining balance once the job was done."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Overall it went well. We had a few bumps but David was always available to be sure we were happy. It took about 3 weeks longer to complete the project than what was originally quoted. We had some problems with workers not showing up as promised. But there were others that were very reliable. We were very appreciative of Dan, when the original granite company we had ordered from was unable to do the job, he knew someone in that work that we could contact. Exquisite was so nice and came to our aid getting the job done so there was no further delay. Our kitchen is beautiful and is all that we envisioned. In addition, they were priced within our budget.

"The work went well, There was a communication blip in the beginning, but once that was resolved, they came out and did the job efficiently and professionally. Any missed details were taken care quickly, and everything looked amazing once done. I had a bit to cleanup once they left, but not too too much. I would definately recommend due to how fast the work was completed both times."

"Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.

Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result"
