"Working with Affordable Energy has been a dream. I needed to insulate my attic and when I put up my job, within two hours they had contacted me for this project. I had another contractor stop by first, and he told me I would lose my attic storage space for this project. The next day Peter came over and not only did he inspect my attic, but he also looked at my foundation. As he looked at my attic, he asked if I wanted some storage space up there. When I said yes, he offered to have his guys bring a few boards and create a small elevated platform for storage. He sent me the estimate and not only did he take care of the attic, build a storage platform in the attic, and take care of the basement, but his estimate was nearly $1,000 less than the other contractors I looked at. We set the date and they showed up right on time. The three man team came in and worked amazingly hard, having me inspect the work after they were done. They even removed an old air conditioner that I had no hope of carrying myself for a small fee. As they worked, they made sure to foam every gap they could find in the attic and the basement, going the extra mile to make sure I could access my bathroom fan and the attic window. They even made sure to reinforce two attic steps, cover up an exposed panel , making sure to leave important wires accessible, and insulate behind the attic steps. They made sure to clean up after themselves, warning me that there may be more dust accumulation over the next couple days. While I noticed some dust, it wasn't horrible and knowing it was coming, I prepared. My attic is beautifully filled, my basement foundation is sealed. One gentleman was even kind enough to notice a hole near one of my incoming pipes, recognized the signs of animal activity, stuffed and foamed shut the area around the pipes, making sure to point it out for me to let me know to keep an eye out. These gentlemen were wonderfully professional, very prompt, hard working, and, exactly as they say, affordable. I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a wonderful experience. This was my second big home improvement project and Affordable Energy made it so easy, I've been spoiled. Thank you to all the men who came out, you were great!"

"What an absolute DREAM! Correct Energy is an incredible company. Knowledge, professional and efficient! I contacted a few insulation companies but the proposed methods were not through. Correct Energy and especially Ray’s knowledge and experience were above and beyond. CE came out to assess and spent a generous amt of time explaining EVERYTHING. CE came when they said they would. The crew was professional and spent a few days here. They left everything immaculate. My place is old, built in the 1940’s so many challenges came up that they handled like absolute pro’s. Their work has and will continue to save so much on energy, the difference of before and after is immediate and drastic. I can’t wait for them to come back and do my basement next! "just now True building Performance's crew did an incredible job for us. The project was to insulate our home. These guys showed up with cheerful attitudes and completed such an incredible and efficient job. From start to finish they were friendly and interacted with our family all while working in the project. The kids enjoyed watching them work. They cleaned up after themselves too which was a pleasant surprise . It was also great that we were able to get more done than we had anticipated. Originally we had elected to insulate upstairs only but we are able to completely insulate the entire house, downstairs being from the inside. They have plastic protecting their workspace from top to bottom. Joe, the lead contractor is so knowledgeable and incredibly acomodating. Paul Mendel the company's owner is the same way. A great company to do buissness with. We are just overwhelmed with gratitude and amazement at what a difference we are already noticing in the reduction of street noise from the cellulose insulation. I would Highly recommend True Building performance to anyone looking to seal air gaps and install insulation."

"The team from The Climate Chief were very professional from day one. They laid out plastic sheeting to protect our recently refinished hard wood floors. Cleaned up any messes from the blown in insulation. Covered the doorway by utilizing TEVEC house wrap and tape so we would not lose much heat when the hoses were running. At the end of each day one of the employees would pick up the plastic sheeting and sweep the floors and they would pick up all the tools so not to leave a cluttered workplace inside and outside. Billy Mike, and crew were very happy and cheerful while at work. Very knowledgeable about how to seal up any of the existing open areas. They removed all the existing fiberglass insulation before replacing with 18 inches of cellulose R60. A very professional job we are very pleased to say. We noticed a warmer difference in room temperatures right away! We would strongly recommend them to others!"

"Matt was wonderful. He removed the nest from upper bathroom vent, cleaned and installed a screen in vent so I won't have that problem again. I was so satisfied with job and price. The "pest control" companies don't have a license to remove wildlife, they passed me onto construction companies that wanted $1,000 for this job!!!! Thankfully Angie's List had Get Out Critters. "Bottom line first: HIRE THIS GUY. I *wish* I could have!!! Sean came over pronto for an estimate for some spray foam insulation I wanted for my basement walls. Upon reviewing my specific situation he actually recommended I do NOT go the spray foam route. You heard me, he did NOT want my business! Not because it was a complicated job (I don’t believe anything is too complicated for spray foam - that’s the point of it) but because it wasn’t what was needed in my case. No rambling sales pitch? Mind blown. It’s VERY rare to find people like Sean anymore. Honest, direct, friendly, patient, professional. Instead of just saying ok, doing an unnecessarily expensive job, getting paid and leaving, he offered me another solution better fitting my needs, which I can do on my own! If we could clone Sean and make him an expert in all areas of construction, there would never be another negative review on Angi! In the meantime, if you need spray foam installation, just hire him."

"Meet with Jason he answered all my questions explained to me how the job was to go down and what whet would be doing and the reason whey they do it . The owner was extremely knowledgeable I expressed to him that I was having work done in preparation for him to do his job and he was able work with me on my timeline . The men arrived in the morning and got straight to work laying down plastic and sealing off all the rooms in the house that they could to keep clean as much as possible . The work went on and continued until complete . The men removed all the plastic and vacuumed the house as they packed up . The spray foam looks great %100 coverage no issues I can see . Very pleased with his work and men he has working for him . Would recommend and have to other friends of mine ."
