"I had called Insulation Pros for an estimate with very short notice as well as two other companies. Conrad was the second person to give me a detailed estimate also was more then pleased to come out to my house and write me a real in hand quote. He was on time and very informative on the project. The following Monday the 2 professional men came to my house and did the job that I was promised and within the time that was allotted. "The owner of Ray O Cook made good on everything that happened and that is a sign that he is a good owner. he actually repaired everything that went wrong. When the man came out to do the initial look over and to see what type of furnace he didn't really take into account that the older furnace is very narrow. We live in an older house and things are kind of unique to this particular house and so when the day came it was a little bit too big for the space that it's in. The person who did the work did find the install but he completely did some damage like on the door jam and then around the door frame and then there was some damage on the wall inside the area where the furnace is and so at the end of the day I looked at that and then door jam didn't go completely in one one side and it didn't look completely right. I ended up calling and said, "This is what it is, there was some property damage. I will take some pictures and I'm going to send them to you." And when the owner saw what the worker did and the amount of damage like on the wood work and everything he said, "I will have this repaired. I will send the carpenter when he comes to my house and does my repairs." And so he did send the carpenter out and he had to redo the door jam and then the inside part of the door frame and then also the carpenter knew the painter and painter came and painted natural walls and so the owner paid for all of that. Overall I'm happy with the furnace. He was very personable, he was very likeable and he has all his his facts and figures down. He was very good with the customer as well as he was very good with installing the furnaces but he is really not a carpenter."
