Day 1 they showed up on time with professional equipment and spent a good 10 hours spray foam and taping every gap in the attic, adding baffling to control air movement and blowing in non toxic cellulose insulation to recommended r value. The house was so tight after completing the attic that it became pressurized a when we close doors and now the house literally stays below 73° all day when the thermostat is at 79°>. It's incredible... Then they went to work under the house again, using to of the line equipment, safety and professionalism to seal up every gap, every air pocket, insect route I to the house and completely insulate the subfloor to a minimum required r-13.
